By purchasing from Card-en Party you acknowledge that you accept the following terms and conditions.


Our products are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products you receive. 


Full payment is required prior to me making your bespoke set.


Cancellations must be made within 1 day of purchase as Card-en party may have purchased additional paper to fulfill your order after this time period. After this point, cancellations will not be accepted. All work carried out is bespoke, personalised and made to order, Card-en Party does not refund unwanted goods due to the bespoke nature of the product. In the unlikely event of faulty goods, Card-en Party should be notified immediately, upon receipt of delivery.  Photo proof will be required and on occasion, if further investigation is required, you will have to send the damaged item back for further inspection at your cost. Should Card-en Party deem the damage was at our fault or the delivery services fault, we will send you a replacement and refund for your delivery expense. If it is found to be no fault of Card-en Party, we can discuss replacing at an additional cost or we will send your item back to you, at no additional cost.


We use Royal Mail, or Parcel Force to post our parcels, a signature will always be required. 


​Due to the nature of hand made products, if a description says , for instance, 12" rose, this may vary slightly, due do the very nature of it being hand made. None of our products are "mass produced" and this adds to the charm of hand made. We do not proclaim to be exact or "perfect".  Card may have minimal flecks of colour in them this is due to the natural process of paper and card and is not considered a fault. 

Whilst I have made sure that the colour swatches online are as accurate to the actual colours of the paper, there are instances where there will be a variant in the colour. The brightness and contrast on your device may change the appearance of the colour. Please note that all colour swatches are flat paper, once a flower is assembled, there will be a difference in the colour due to shade and light hitting the art work. Please bear this in mind upon ordering.

On occasion, you may have random strings of glue left from the assembly of the flowers. These can be missed during our quality control analysis before being sent out as these are very fine/ hair like strands. This is normal and are easily removed. It does not reflect the quality of the product, it is a very normal thing to happen when using hot glue.

Whilst Card-en Party advises you use command hooks and glue dots to hang your art work up, we do not accept any responsibility of any damage caused during installation. It is at the customers discretion how they choose to install their goods.

Card-en Party does not accept any responsibility of any damage caused due to the installation of these flowers, so please ensure you select the correct method for hanging any of our items for your property. Nor is it our responsibility should you experience any of the flowers/ art falling from the wall. This is solely the responsibility of the customer.

With regards to photographs in our memory rose, for the best result, ensure your photograph is provided in a clear high resolution format. Note; if your photo looks dark on a digital screen it will look even darker in print. Although every effort will be made to sharpen images, this is not guaranteed. The print is only as good as the image provided. Large group shots are not advised as there is the potential of people being cut out or the image with be reduced in size to fit on the petal and there could be a blank area below the image due to its size reduction.

If you would not like us to photograph your art work to feature it on our website, Facebook page, or Instagram or any official Card-en Party media site you must indicate this clearly by emailing card-enparty@outlook.com

Card-en Party reserves the right to regretfully decline any request for design service/ hire service due to availability/ location of delivery i.e. international as we only post to UK & Europe.

Our hire service has a different set of T's & C's which will be provided to you upon contract.

Copyright relating to all design work including words, pictures, ideas, visuals is retained by Card-en Party unless specifically detailed in writing. 

If you object to any of our terms please do not place and order without discussing your concerns and we will work with you to overcome any objections you may have.

We use Stripe to secure transactions, which means that we do not receive your card/account details. You do not need a Stripe account to purchase, as long as you have a valid Credit or Debit card you can make payment using as a guest. We take privacy seriously and we do not sell or pass details to third parties. We occasionally send emails with special offers and new products however you can unsubscribe from these at any time. We carry card machines at events which accept all major credit & debit cards. Receipts can be sent to you but your details are not kept on file.
